Entrance Requirements
Cornerstone is equipped to provide instruction for children who have been diagnosed with one or several of the following learning disabilities:
- Dyslexia
- Attention Disorders- ADD/ADHD
- Academic Skills Disorders
- Language Disorders
- Anxiety Disorders
- Processing Deficits
- Socialization Issues
- Recovery Credits
- PDD
- School Phobias
- HSA Course Credits
- Home Hospital Instruction
The screening committee will review each applicant. Prior school records, psycho-educational testing, informal testing and observation by our staff will all be used to determine final acceptance.
Each applicant must provide the following information:
- Previous school records
- Medical records
- An acceptable record of behavior in school
- A signed Parental Statement Form:
I have read Cornerstone’s Statement of Faith and agree to have my child educated in accordance with it.
I give permission for my child to be disciplined according to Cornerstone’s policy.
I recognize that Cornerstone has the right to dismiss any child who does not respect its spiritual standards or cooperate in the educational process.
I give permission for my child to attend scheduled field trips and other activities when properly notified.
